In many industries people are often great at hype, but when it comes to execution, the results are abysmal. Real Estate is no different. Lots of agents/brokers have their Instagram account on point, but when it comes to communication, details, support, etc, things fall flat. This is NOT the case with Meg Warren. Meg is a tenacious, on-top-of-it broker who takes great pride in doing excellent work. We had very challenging sellers and Meg went out of her way to navigate the hurdles, issues, and down right foolishness, with professionalism and poise. That level of expertise, coupled with a great heart and sense of humor, makes it incredibly easy to write this review. If you are in the Flathead Valley, this is your person/team to work with, period.

We hadn't purchased or sold a home in over 30 years and were at a total loss as to how to go about it. But Siderius and Warren knew exactly what to do and when to do it. They were very thorough and considerate in explaining the selling process and were always available to answer the many questions we had. Their positive attitudes and genuine caring were calming and encouraging. From listing to settlement, they walked us through it all.

A quick phone call to Megan who, even though she was out of town on vacation, arranged to have LeAnn show us the house the following morning. LeAnn's support for our land purchase in Flathead County was outstanding. Being from New Jersey, we required plenty of hand-holding throughout the process since the area and property are all new to us. Without hesitation, LeAnn drove out to the property (close to an hour away) and took multiple videos and pictures for us to consider prior to making an offer.
