My wife and I met Lya at one of the first listings we viewed. We’re first time home buyers who moved up to the area only a few years before, so there was a lot of the buying process in the area we were not familiar with.

We connected with Lya as a kind and caring person right away. She was so excited for us and genuinely cared about the little details that would make a house feel like a home to my wife and I. Lya was flexible not only with our schedules, but also flexible as we adjusted the area of our search throughout the weeks looking for a home.

As soon as we were under contract she had some recommendations on home inspectors, attorney’s, and more. Lya was hands in getting the ball rolling the next day with an inspection since we were hoping to close before a lease end. Her willingness to jump in and help really kept us on schedule.

Overall, now as home owners, it was a pleasure working with Lya for her personality, caring nature, and her knowledge of the full real estate process. Now all that’s left is to move things into our new home after closing just the other day!
