I knew when I first met Michelle Selvey that she was the right broker for me. I had to sell my mom’s house because she had passed away and Michelle approached our first meeting (which she did via FaceTime because I was in a different state) with compassion and professionalism. Michelle knows the local market and that fact alone was important. While other brokers in the area market their experience mostly with Lake Norman properties, Michelle has the added benefit of being from and living in the Troutman area. Early on she and Rebekah held an open house and had a steady stream of interested buyers which resulted in several superb offers. Since I am not familiar with North Carolina real estate transactions, Michelle and Rebekah kept me informed throughout the process and helped to negotiate a situation in which the first offer buyer backed out unexpectedly. We had an amazing experience with Leanne as our agent. She sold our house quickly and exceeded our expectations beyond anything we could have imagined.
