Susan is a fabulous realtor. She made several recommendations for landscaping and esthetic appeal. We completed over a weekend, pics taken on Monday, and 4 showings scheduled our first week. We sold in less than a month when, prior to her listing, it had been on the market for 6 months. She really is the realtor that hustles with multiple listings on social media and realtor sites. Serena was very helpful. She was accommodating with her time. When the bank loan was not going through due to HOA issues, she stepped up and helped us find someone who could get us help finding a lender. She also worked successfully with getting extensions on the contract. I would use Serena as a realtor again!
