Cristyn was instrumental in gauging how ready I was to move and marketed my property to sell by getting multiple bids in a very short timeframe. She also helped me find the next place I call home in the same time period. I believe we put my place on the market August 12 and the closings for both properties were on the same date of August 30. I had been hesitating for a while because I just couldn’t foresee how it would all work out. But it did with Cristyn’s positive upbeat approach and professional manner. She also stages the home to get as much interest as possible and in my case it worked out beautifully. She was helpful in getting me started on the loan process so we were able to close so fast. She is a seasoned professional with a personal touch!

Alyssa is such a great relator. She goes above and beyond to help her clients find the home they are looking for. She answers all questions and if she does not have the answer immediately, she will find the answer and get back very soon. She never leaves you hanging. She was so gracious to us. We thought that the bar stools at the house were going to be left, but when we found out that they were not Alyssa went out and with her own money bought them for us. Crystin was great to work with! Really grateful for all of her help! When considering a realtor she really is "the full package ". We didn't have to worry about anything! She covered all steps of the selling process! Photos, staging, helped me clean and organize, coordinating open houses, communicating with other agents, paperwork, closing, ALL OF IT! I interviewed Julie and 2 other agents and she blew them out of the water with her enthusiasm and "vibe." After agreeing to work together on a Thursday, I saw houses on Friday and Monday, and was under contract within a day for my first house. She walked me through all the steps and didn't make me feel stupid for all my first time home buyer questions. Julie was so fast to respond to my emails/texts and her team was on the ball too. Julie is an amazing realtor - the best there is! She's helped me buy two homes and sell one. When I bought my first home six years ago, she was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough in explaining everything in detail. Her knowledge is incredibly extensive - she knows so much about houses that she's able to point out many things that I would've missed as a homebuyer. When buying my second house, she found out exactly what the seller was motivated by and we were able to make a quick, strong offer that got us the house. If she hadn't been willing to work so hard on a Saturday for us, we would've missed out on our home. She then helped me sell my first house, including staging it perfectly and pricing it better than I could've ever dreamed. We ended up with multiple strong offers and found the perfect buyers. I met Nikki years ago when another realtor handed me off to her. What a blessing that was! She has helped me close on three houses and I'm not done with her yet. She takes the time to get to know you and what your interests are. She knows her business very well and gently guides you away from making mistakes.
