Would recommend (and have) Ann to anyone looking to purchase a home in Ventura County. We have purchased many homes over the years so when we decided to purchase in Camarillo/Somis area to be closer to our daughter, we needed some guidance on the area, what each neighborhood offered etc. Ann took us to several houses and we decided on the one we did, she was efficient and helpful every step of the way.
