During a visit to our Primary Care Physician in Silver Springs, Maryland, April, 2023, Destinee Matthews was recommended as a potential Realtor to assist us with our relocation to North Carolina. She was highly recommended as an experienced, professional real estate agent. Our friend contacted Destinee and provided our name and contact information.
Destinee contacted us the next day introducing herself and offering her services with our house search and relocation to North Carolina.
We were really impressed with her introduction and relocation package included in her email introduction.
We had a lot of questions and concerns due to the distance and back and forth traveling that would be required.
She was incredibly patient and understanding. She took time to explain every detail and was always available whenever we had questions. Her experience and deep understanding of the market were invaluable and provided exceptional services and always responsive to our questions and email.

Cindy is a very experienced realtor. She knows how to put together an offer that stands out to a seller. She has a lot of contacts to quickly get inspections, quotes, and repairs. Cindy did a great job for us and we highly recommend her.
