Jennifer was highly recommended to us by friends. Since we were relocating to the area we needed a lot of patience and time from her as we narrowed our search. During that time her intuition, professionalism and market knowledge lined up and she suggested we look at a property that was exactly what we thought we didn't want. BUT it was exactly what we needed. We loved it! Six weeks later we moved in and, as we are settling in, realize we couldn't be more pleased with our new home or with our choice of agent.

First off, I cannot thank Samantha enough for showing us around when we drove up from Florida to look at condos. We were in limbo and not ready to buy at that time, but she still took time out of her day and drove us around Fort Mill to explore options to rent. 5 stars all the way. As a first-time home buyer, I knew next to nothing about the process and Myra made everything easy. She was always on top of every detail and I never felt overwhelmed, which for a scatter-brained fool like me, was a life saver. I would leave more stars if it was possible and she would deserve each one.
Melissa Howe sold my house this year. She put every bit of energy into getting my 44 year old house to an attractive piece of property. She was there every step of the way. It sold in two weeks. Then, she helped me select a new home. Again, was with me every step needed in having a new home built. I am so appreciative of her help. As my husband said today, April is an angel! She went above and beyond to an extent I could hardly even imagine! We were moving to Indian Trail from Clemmons NC. She went by the construction site of our new home at least once a week, if not twice! She made sure that every detail was like it is supposed to be. She has continued to help us even after we closed!
