Shelley was the realtor we used to sell my mom's house. She did a great job and we received offers and sold the house for more than the listing price. Shelley was knowledgeable, a great communicator, answered questions quickly, and worked with us as we were preparing the house for sale. Selling my house wasn't as easy as 1,2,3. The house was being sold "as is" and needed a lot of repair, imagination and money. We needed to find the right buyer.
