Jake did a great job in assisting us to sell our house! He especially helped us navigate the process for our needed roof replacement including the right contractor to timely get the job done. He advised us regarding painting the house, made contact with painter so job could be done before listing. He brought to our attention needed improvements that would help also. Brian was amazing. My husband and myself knew more in the first hour from Brian than we did in five months with our previous real estate agent during our last home purchase. Brian is articulate and continuously updating us on all statuses of the home sale as well as our purchase. He prepared us for what might happen as well as what will happen as well as what won’t happen. Brian and his assistant handled the sale of my Wisconsin property very professionally and helped work through some post sale issues to satisfy the finalization of the sale. The post-sale issues required extra effort which the team expeditiously handled.

Brian helped me get my brother's home listed when my brother passed away and was sensitive to the nature of the situation. He immediately got to work with an accurate analysis of the market in the area, had very professional pictures done and also a very nice ariel view of the property. He kept me updated on changes of info and was always willing to go out to the home if something needed to be addressed as I lived a good 50 minutes from the property. I appreciate him meeting me at my local title company for closing and then again later in the day driving back to hand deliver the proceeds from the sale.
