Brian was amazing. My husband and myself knew more in the first hour from Brian than we did in five months with our previous real estate agent during our last home purchase. Brian is articulate and continuously updating us on all statuses of the home sale as well as our purchase. He prepared us for what might happen as well as what will happen as well as what won’t happen. The Next Home staff gave us a comprehensive sheet of who we needed to contact for our new house Purchase regarding utilities, etc., and who we needed to contact for our current home sale before that sale was finalized. The documentation was clear and accurate— We didn’t even have to ask! When we had questions, they were answered promptly and completely. I did share with Brian that in all my years of life, I have never made a purchase that went so smoothly. I’m referencing car purchases previous Home purchases and any other major purchases we made in the past. I recommend this agency and specifically Brian. In addition, Brian has a fabulous sense of humor and he has a staff that is incredibly willing to reach out, help, and share pertinent information. He is very astute in the laws and the legalities of the real estate business. This truly was an amazing experience and we cannot thank him and his agency enough.

Nathan did a great job. He went on and beyond the call of a realtor. Always answered his calls or text from us, answered any questions we had. Was right there going into any place to check it out to make sure of any discrepancies. I would diffinately suggest Nate to anybody selling or buying property.

Brian and his assistant handled the sale of my Wisconsin property very professionally and helped work through some post sale issues to satisfy the finalization of the sale. The post-sale issues required extra effort which the team expeditiously handled.

This can be a stressful time selling our house and we could call and text him any questions we had and he always got back to us right away. He knows all the details of real estate, we appreciate him and he would be our first call if we need to buy or sell property!

Brian helped me get my brother's home listed when my brother passed away and was sensitive to the nature of the situation. He immediately got to work with an accurate analysis of the market in the area, had very professional pictures done and also a very nice ariel view of the property. He kept me updated on changes of info and was always willing to go out to the home if something needed to be addressed as I lived a good 50 minutes from the property. I appreciate him meeting me at my local title company for closing and then again later in the day driving back to hand deliver the proceeds from the sale.

Julie did a fantastic job assisting us with the sale of our property. She made the process as smooth as it could possibly be. With an accepted offer in days and closing just weeks after that we could not be any happier with the service we received. The communication was exceptional and we would recommend her to anyone in search of buying or selling their property.
