Kelly Broder was the realtor who worked with us. My 94 year old mother-in-law needed to sell her house and I suggested Kelly because she worked with our daughter on her home purchase.
I work from home and I was helping my mother-in-law with the paperwork. She does not drive and Kelly would come out to our house or e-mail me documents so I didn't have to take any time off of work. She was also very patient with my mother-in-law when she would get angry about stuff.
Things went very smoothly. I would recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a realtor.

We could not have asked for anyone better to help us through the process of buying our first home! During the pre-listing phase she gave us great insight into getting our home ready for our sale and our expectations. Her photographer took excellent pictures that were very complimentary to our home and yard.
We recieved an accepted in 3 days. Julie calmly walked the process through the whole way. She calmly helped find solutions to inspection concerns and resolved them to keep the process going. We closed in 39 days.
Julie was also very accessible for our questions and concerns. We could reach her and TALK to her ANY time...day, night, or weekend.
