After several phone calls, I felt Wes was on his game. He forwarded recent sale data from the area, and explained the listing/bidding process. Next, he coached me through the process of signatures from 10 family members across 4 states. Finally, Wes made the closing cost/details understandable. I feared multiple road trips to Rapids and possibly uncertainty among family members. He made it a smooth and "remote access' transaction. A great job and someone I highly recommend.
