Kelly Broder was the realtor who worked with us. My 94 year old mother-in-law needed to sell her house and I suggested Kelly because she worked with our daughter on her home purchase.
I work from home and I was helping my mother-in-law with the paperwork. She does not drive and Kelly would come out to our house or e-mail me documents so I didn't have to take any time off of work. She was also very patient with my mother-in-law when she would get angry about stuff.
Things went very smoothly. I would recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a realtor.

We stumbled onto Chris by accident when we were curious about seeing houses in an area he represented. As we were fully remote and out of state (as well as first time home buyers), he helped us from start to finish make our first journey feel smooth. We had initially talked to another random agent but felt zero connection and like that person didn't care about us. Chris made us feel like we mattered from the first time we talked until the closing day which always helped us to feel good about the scary choices we were making. We were glad we stumbled onto Chris early in the journey.
He did a great job at video touring us and showing us the details we needed to make a bold choice without being able to visit ourselves! He also answered all of our questions related to the process and helped to explain all the processes needed as we went along (never made us feel bad for asking questions either). And helped us to be able to finish everything "from far" so that we can begin actually moving there physically.
We are glad we found Chris and thankful for all of his help throughout the journey.
