Melissa was absolutely on top of her game. She started assisting us when we were living in SC. When we got to MT, she devoted what seemed to be all of her time to us. We knew she had other clients, but it didn’t seem like it. Thanks to her we found a great place to live and we are enjoying our new house. Just to let you know how dedicate she is to her clients, she starred assisting us around July 2022. We did not actually meet her in person until around December 2022. After we met, she worked around the clock and we closed on our house in January 2023. She’s awesome.

Karen is awesome. She is so easy to work with and is very knowledgeable. We have worked on both sides of the fence in both selling properties and purchasing our home. Pam and I were looking in three different places to find a home. Black Hills SD, Deer Park WA, and Billings MT area. We had three different realtors for each area. Then our lender offered a program where we would get $2,000 back if we used their approved agents. We then had 6 realtors calling us. Karen was not on that approved list.
After I spoke to Karen the first time, I knew she was the person who was going to help us find a home. She is thoughtful, caring, and honest to the point we threw our trust on her with no regrets. Great person who cared more about finding us the right place and being happy then a commission check.
