Besides Irene's professionalism, let me first address what I believe is her most important quality: her empathy. The sale of my parent's house took a few unforeseen twists and turns. During the entire time, Irene always made my parents feel at ease without overwhelming them with any anxiety (caused by the sale of the house). I was with Irene at many meetings with my parents and I know that my parents were made comfortable by Irene's step by step explanations and hand holding. Second, her professionalism. Every step of the way, Irene took me by the and and explained all necessary actions to be taken to drive a successful sale of the house. Other realtors might do the same but I always felt that Irene went "above and beyond." BIG TIME recommendation going forward for Irene.
