I met Nichole at a Chamber meeting last fall, she introduced herself and that she was with NextHome Picket Fence Realty. I mentioned that my Credit Union has been looking for property to build in Philomath, within a day Nichole came and found my Office and had put together a portfolio of all the available locations in our area. Thanks to Nichole we have purchased a lot and are anxiously waiting for the building permits and application process to be complete. Lila is a true professional. There was no doubt we were in competent hands prior to even signing our contract with Lila. Over the past three years we've sold/purchased a total of 4 homes in 3 different states. Talk about stress! Lila by far was the most organized and knowledgeable of all our agents/brokers!
