I met Avery as a referral from one of my friends and he delivered for sure! I am new to Houston so I was poking around different areas and hadn't even started the pre-qualification process. I let Avery know what my needs were in terms of property size, neighborhood amenities, and price and he immediately set me up with electronic listing updates and connected me with an awesome loan officer that made the process from qualification to closing very simple. The numbers were super important to me so I appreciate the time Avery took to do market analysis on the properties of was interested in prior to any offers. After a few weeks of searching the very last house I saw was the one and I made an offer based on Avery's recommendations and it was accepted! The market will go up and down, but I am very satisfied with the price I paid and the way the deal was structured. He has deep market knowledge to assist even the most seasoned home buyer and also understands the baby steps sometimes required for new home buyers.

But, I know better . . . and I am speaking from personal experience.  This is why I decided to take the time and write this outstanding review.  I want other’s, old, new, and aspiring home buyers to see the strong impression that Mr. Charles Wells left with me and my family.

If you are wondering, this was my first home purchase, first time going through the complete process, but it’s not the my first time considering to buy a home and I have seen the UNexperienced Real Estate Agency who neglected both the process and the buyer (specifically Veterans). 

With the Charles, we are very fortunate to see what an amazing and highly EXPERIENCED Real Estate Agent (team) looks like!  

Charles was exceptionally experienced in knowing each and every benefit that veterans are entitled to.

But I want to emphasize that “Mr. Charles was by far the BEST that we have worked with, ever!”

No home buyer likes it when their agent is condescending, rude, doesn’t return messages in a timely manner and doesn’t k ow all of your benefits and entitlements. Not knowing that stuff could cost you thousands.

But . . . Charles is an excellent LEADER and he has cultivated an welcoming atmosphere of respect by acting with complete professionalism!
