When they say "two is better than one" I automatically think of this power couple! The Wells Team is by far the best relators in Houston Texas!! First time homeowners here, and my fiancé and I felt confident and supported during our entire process. Derek and Amanda were VERY responsive and knowledgeable about the information they shared throughout our time working together. Not once did we feel rushed on decision making, or did they make us feel bad for turning down houses. I absolutely loved working with them and have already recommended to many people!! This was my fifth house purchase and absolutely best transaction overall. Ms. Walters made each step easy and flexible. Phenomenal. Brandon provided world class service from Day 1. We are first-time homeowners and we were nervous about the process. Brandon addressed every concern, clarified all misconceptions, and provided suggestions professionally. We are throughly impressed with his Real Estate expertise. We like the way he anticipated our needs. One thing that I must say is that Brandon was an amazing advocate for us too. The Builder tried to get over on us on many occasions and Brandon went to bat for us every time. I have already recommended him to a couple of friends and family.

I met Avery as a referral from one of my friends and he delivered for sure! I am new to Houston so I was poking around different areas and hadn't even started the pre-qualification process. I let Avery know what my needs were in terms of property size, neighborhood amenities, and price and he immediately set me up with electronic listing updates and connected me with an awesome loan officer that made the process from qualification to closing very simple. The numbers were super important to me so I appreciate the time Avery took to do market analysis on the properties of was interested in prior to any offers. After a few weeks of searching the very last house I saw was the one and I made an offer based on Avery's recommendations and it was accepted! The market will go up and down, but I am very satisfied with the price I paid and the way the deal was structured. I plan to work with Avery in the future on an investment property and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. He has deep market knowledge to assist even the most seasoned home buyer and also understands the baby steps sometimes required for new home buyers.
