Words can't adequatley describe how happy we are that we met Trace and partnered with him to buy our new home. It was nearly a year ago when we first met and started looking at houses. As soon as we met, we had a confidence in his ability to help us find the right house, in the right spot, and bring us all the way through closing in a friendly, professional way. Much of our interaction was virtual as we were reloacting from central Florida. Trace was very responsive to calls, emails and text messages and visited several properties in advance to confirm compatability with our desires. He continued to be patient with all of our questions and "must haves". Trace helped us navigate this process in a way that made us comfortable and excited for another home purchase. Trace was amazing in assisting us with our home purchase! We were on the other side of the country and unable to come look at homes in person, but Trace went above and beyond giving us virtual tours of the homes. Also his commentary and observations were invaluable in helping us to choose the home for us. Also, his knowledge of the area and being able to advise us on inspectors was a huge help! There are people that do their jobs well, and then there’s people who deserve high praise because they break the mold. Trace is one the latter. I asked him to work with some people where I sold their house in WA state and they are moving to Chattanooga. I don't know where to start. I have bought and sold a few houses in my 75 years and I can honestly say I have never had such a seamless experience as I have working with Trace.
I am in a city some 1700 miles from my Georgia home. All our communication was done by phone and internet, leaving a great deal of responsibility for Trace on the local level.
He was a star. From getting the grass mowed, reminding me to get local utilities turned on, and all the other details needed close up in selling a home.
We had 3 offers in 3 days and I got my asking price!

Teresa was great! We live in Florida and she worked with us by email to help us find the perfect home. We came into town at the last minute to see homes, and she worked on her vacation to write a contract for us on a home.
