There are people that do their jobs well, and then there’s people who deserve high praise because they break the mold. Trace is one the latter. I asked him to work with some people where I sold their house in WA state and they are moving to Chattanooga. I don't know where to start. I have bought and sold a few houses in my 75 years and I can honestly say I have never had such a seamless experience as I have working with Trace.
I am in a city some 1700 miles from my Georgia home. All our communication was done by phone and internet, leaving a great deal of responsibility for Trace on the local level.
He was a star. From getting the grass mowed, reminding me to get local utilities turned on, and all the other details needed close up in selling a home.
We had 3 offers in 3 days and I got my asking price!

Teresa was great to work with! She worked with our last minute schedules and was able to show us places we wanted to see within hours of our requests.
