What can I say about the "Dream Team" of Lydia Wietsma and Raquel Uggiano? They are absolutely amazing, hustling, detailed, freakishly organized and quick to respond! Who has ever heard of a realtor taking a property and 3 weeks later it is closed and recorded??! Not me, especially in this economy! They are exceptional in service, friendly and they make you feel like you are their only client, and you know you aren't! They are genuinely the kindest, most proficient people I have ever met. Raquel helped us when we first moved to PHX to find a nice temporary rental for our family of six. She stayed in contact with us for two years to see how we liked the home and just generally cared for how we were doing.
