Not all agents are created equal. I tried working with 3 before finding Alex. This man stayed with me through the whole process which had a few twists, turns, and delays. I am sitting in my new house right now writing this review and it still hasn't fully hit me that this is my new reality; a much much better reality. Alex has the experience in real estate. We were connected with Alex through Zillow, and we got lucky with him. He has a deep knowledge of home repair and structural analysis that other realtors may not have. He helped us through both the buy and sell processes with a sizable mortgage on the sale property. It required a high degree of professionalism and hard work on his part. We were able to negotiate our purchase, close on it, and then negotiate and close on our sale all within two weeks. He answered all of our questions and was willing to work with us through a monthslong process of looking at houses. He provided recommendations both on where we were looking and where to look. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Alex did a wonderful job. He was knowledgeable, and has a flashlight he’s not afraid to use when checking out basements of houses! He has knowledge of structural integrity of the house as well as neighborhoods and what’s best for your family.

Reed came to my house in USC, made recommendations to maximize the sale potential. After completing these tasks he came in and did his own finishing touches. He then staged the house so beautifully that it was better than we expected. After listing the house on a Friday, we had so much interest that he made the decision to not accept offers that day. He advised us to allow interested people to give a last and final offer at noon the following Monday. We ended up receiving multiple offers over asking price. This process basically ended the back and forth of negotiating. We feel that with Reeds knowledge and experience he made this process so much easier than expected not to mention profitable. I recommend him and his team, if you want the most value out of your home!

We worked with the RP group to both buy and sell a property. To buy our home Casey was very patient with us as we explored numerous options. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in the entire process. She also gave recommendations for an inspector, and plumber that were fantastic to work with.
