Vince was awesome. I took a long time. I bought a house before but never stuck with one agent. I would just find a house and call the realtor of that particular house. But vince was such a good guy that I wanted to stick with him. Every morning he would have different houses in my email. And although I found the house by myself by looking on zillow, I still called him and had him show it to me & made the final deal with him. the actual realtors of that house kept calling me and telling me they would show it to me...but I stuck with Vince. He died he was awesome, sincere, Not your typical pushy salesman. Other realtors I've dealt with in the past, would not look very hard for me. Because I was not looking through a house above $125,000. Vince treated me like I was buying a multi million dollar house. He's a wonderful guy. I suggest him highly.

When we first met with Alex, we were very impressed with how prepared he was to discuss the specifics of our property and how it fit into the local real estate market at that moment of time. He immediately provided us with hard data that clearly drove his recommendations to us and that helped us make informed decisions about the sale of our property. Alex was very knowledgeable about the area, how to price the house, what to repair, etc., and guided us through each step of the selling process, even from several states away. He was also able to refer us to contractors who were able to do the work that needed to be done by certified professionals. He even oversaw the work when we couldn't be there in person. Alex was able to match us with a buyer very quickly who offered the price we wanted on the first day! Everything went very smoothly and quickly, thanks to Alex, and we now have money in the bank instead of a second mortgage!
