Jim had vast knowledge of the market. He only showed us property's with everything that we asked for. Coming from out of state Jim's help with Delaware law was very helpful. We ran into a few hurdles with the purchase but Jim handled everything very professionally. We were very happy with him.

Bobbi was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She really made us feel like she cared about who we were selling too and was very informative throughout the process. Especially when there were certain things that we didn't understand, she broke it down so well. We really felt like she had our best interest, and our house sold quicker than we expected. Shawna is an amazing person as well as real estate agent and I recommend her to everyone. She is very friendly and knows her stuff.
