I have had the pleasure of working with Cynthia for 14 years as my real estate agent while renting two homes. I have known Cynthia Lipirini as a courteous and knowledgeable property rental agent. She has provided much needed advice regarding issues with rental contracts, issues with tenants, and how best to present the house to attain responsible renters.
Recently, my husband and I sought her expertise in selling our much-loved home of 32 years. We had never sold a property before. With Cynthia’s guidance, the sale went quickly and easily. We were incredibly pleased when it sold within a few days.

Bob did a wonderful job selling my sister's condo after we lost her this past year. After an initial contract fell through for bizarre reasons, he made the right listing and pricing choices and got the job done with settlement just before the holidays. Bob gave good advice all along the way, which we needed because we have not sold a property since 1979! I also appreciated him accompanying me at the settlement table. I would certainly recommend Bob--he can also handle rental properties in association with PCF Management.

I was very happy with the work that Cyndi did for me in the effort to sell a townhouse i had owned for 45 years. It involved termination of a lease on the property and renovating it before putting it on the market. It was managed for me for many years by PCF Management ...also recommended by me.
Cyndi coordinated all this via PCF but was principally responsible for the sale - which went very well due to her good work.

I can't say enough positive things about Bob! From the time I made the decision to sell my townhouse to the final closing, Bob was a calm, professional guide. His suggestions on what to update in the house before going on the market were spot-on, and made a huge difference (several bids over asking in the first three days!). Bob and I have worked with Cynthia for years in her role at PCF Management, helping to manage our townhouse as a rental property. When it came time to sell the home, it made perfect sense to continue to work with Cynthia on the sale. She was able to handle all the turnover from our last tenant, guided us on which items we should take care of before putting the house on the market, and arranged for everything.
