My realtor Wmily had my back the entire way thru the transaction. She always listened to my wants and needs. For a transaction as difficult as this was, she stepped it up and really did a wonderful job walking us through it and making sure our best interests were put first. Im grateful we found a home and even more grateful because it was with a realtor who I could fully trust and be 1000% transparent with.

It can be very difficult to find a realtor, there are so many factors to consider: will they be patient, will they have my best interest in mind, will they help me search, will they understand my wants, ect. Then there are the internal concerns: this is going to be my home, this is a lot of money, my spouse and I have different wants, ect. I think it is pretty rare to find someone who not only understands all of these, but also KEEPS UP with all of these and Emily is that person who can and does. In choosing NextHome and Emily we had a realtor and friend the whole time we looked at houses, she called to check in, called to see how we were feeling, called to reassure that the house would come, drove out FAR to houses, brought her colleagues who were amazing as well. Emily loves her job, loves people and loves the process. She never gave up when I felt like giving up and was with us every step of the way.
