Karina is absolutely wonderful to work with. She took the time to listen, and to understand what my needs were from my new home (transit, bedrooms, storage etc), my price point, and what my aesthetic tastes were. She then targeted homes that fit the profile i was seeking. When touring homes she pointed out defects or things that she noticed that i would want to consider. I never felt pressured to go higher on my offer, nor to go outside of my budget. She was available to make same-day offers even if it meant working late. After my purchase she also helped with referrals to contractors, cleaning people, etc. She is a gem and I highly recommend her.

We just completed what can be considered a "stressful" closing on our home in Green Brook. Without the expert guidance and support from Roseann O'Keefe this closing might have been in jeopardy. Tommy was did an outstanding job. We had to sell a home and purchase another one. He walked us through every step of the way. We were selling a house in North Jersey and buying one on South Jersey. This man traveled to both location a bunch of times to get these deals done. He communicated with both, buyer and sellers agents and negotiated a great price for both contracts. I would highly recommend him in any real-estate endeavors.
