Roseann was a pleasure to work with in helping my husband and I find a home that met our needs. Although our home was a drive for Roseann, she was always very responsive and happy to meet us for a walkthrough when needed. She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional for each walkthrough and helped point out things we might not have initially seen.

Roseann did a great job assisting me with the sale of my Mom's condo. Roseann started by touring the condo and making suggestions on simple things that we could do to make the home more attractive to potential buyers. She did this all while being sensitive to my elderly Mom's needs. She then did her research and came back to us with a selling price recommendation which we went with. John was my realtor for sale of my house in warren. I couldn’t have asked for a better representative. Simply Selling a house is not what a great realtor does. It also requires promptness,, patience and experience in the applicable market. A good realtor like John can advise on repair contractors if needed, movers and other service assistance. And of course , it requires someone who is a good go between with the other realtor. John did it all. He was always available when I called. He would meet personally whenever needed.
