Excellent Agent
John Mangini guided us through a very difficult decision - to sell our home of 38 years. All phone calls to John were answered or returned promptly. John was always polite and reassuring, always answering our concerns. We lived out of state when our house was listed with John. John and his assistant, Laura Healy took great care that our unoccupied house was well cared for - staging done, etc.
Overall , John Mangini went the extra mile as a Real Estate Agent.

John Mangini came highly recommended to me as I was about to sell my mom's house, the house I grew up in, so there was a strong emotional side to this. John is the most caring person. He scheduled open houses, followed every lead, reported back to me on all leads, since no one was living in the house he would always let me know how many showings were scheduled for the day. John stayed on top of everything. We were going to be away and John even kept an eye on the house. I would not hesitate to recommend John to anyone buying or selling. You would be in good hands!

John was critical to the successful sale. Interacting with town officials to be certain all inspections were cleared and certificate of occupancy was issued in a timely fashion. He also coordinated with the buyers broker to be sure they had what the needed cleaned up on final walk thru. He stayed with the project til the closing was official.
