I had a really great experience working with Patricia. I found her through a reference of mine. I felt desperate when I started this process because of the living situation I was in at the time. I was renting and had to leave that house so I decided I would buy a home instead.

We ended up closing on the house within 30 days, which due to my desperation was a significant relief. The fact that we were able to find a place quickly, deal with various issues from the seller, and close within 30 days absolutely blew my mind.
