I had a really great experience working with Patricia. I found her through a reference of mine. I felt desperate when I started this process because of the living situation I was in at the time. I was renting and had to leave that house so I decided I would buy a home instead.

I felt comfortable moving forward with her because she spent a lot of time educating me and helping me understand the entire process. I've never bought a home before, so this was all new to me.

I am thrilled that I ended up working with Patricia because she was on top of everything. When I first spoke with her I let her know my situation and how I needed to find a house quickly and something that fit my needs of cleanliness and quality. We immediately began the searching process. She did a great job feeding me the listings, and so it really didn't take long to find something that I liked.

Within a week we had an offer on a house. There were a number of issues that came up on the seller's side. It ended up not being a problem for me because she was there to guide me through it and she made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. We ended up closing on the house within 30 days, which due to my desperation was a significant relief. The fact that we were able to find a place quickly, deal with various issues from the seller, and close within 30 days absolutely blew my mind.

Overall I am very pleased with the outcome and the entire process. The next time I am in the position to buy a home she will unquestionably be my go to.

As first time buyers, it can be a bit frustrating not knowing what to expect but Patricia explains the process VERY well and it makes the process less complex. Patricia is our lucky charm??. After looking for a home for MANY months; I came across Patricia through my initial mortgage broker. We moved out of the area prior to listing our home and as remote sellers, it was especially important to us to have a realtor that we could trust with our home. John took care of many tasks on our behalf, including overseeing handyman repairs/maintenance and outdoor clean-up when a storm hit right before our first open house, among others. Roseann is amazing. This market is incredibly tough and its inundated with inexperienced realtors that are out for themselves, only caring about making a sale or expanding their network. That’s not what you’ll find with Roseann. We started working with her in the summer of 2021 and only managed to find a house now, almost two and a half years later. We are first time homebuyers and were very quickly overwhelmed, but Roseann was incredible and held our hands throughout the whole process, patiently explaining everything and answering all our questions. We had some bumps along the very long road of our home buying journey and we would not have survived it (with our amazing home no less) had it not been for Roseann! We also need to give Jeannie a shoutout. Jeannie was incredibly helpful and was great during our walkthrough. She was inspecting everything, from the pipes for any dampness to the stove and microwave. Roseanne and Jeannie are the best duo!
