Brock was excellent every step of the way. He was very helpful in purchasing our commercial building. He negotiated on our behalf with the building owner to complete some remediation in order to close. When we need answers he was very quick and diligent with his replies. He met us on multiple occasions to access the building. His expertise and knowledge made the long arduous process seamless. We couldn't have done it without him. He was above and beyond.

Brock's communication throughout the entire process had been great. Sending him homes that we wanted to view was easy, he scheduled the viewings extremely quickly, and all of them were done within my very limited availability.
You can tell he really knows what he is doing and having been a first-time home buyer; I was thankful for the insight that Brock had to provide. He is very genuine, and not afraid to tell you, "This home is not for you". He was right, and eventually, we did find the one that was right for us.
