Natlie was always there whenever I needed her. She was the best! Honestly, I thought I didn’t need her and she would just suck money from us. But she was ON! IT! It was so much to this process that we just did not know, if she wasn’t there, we would have gotten taken advantage of with ease. I don’t even know where to start! JoAnna has been great from the start of my home search up until closing! Even after closing she’s been a bunch of help. I came to JoAnna as a first time home buyer. She listened to me ramble about my concerns and was always very reassuring with any doubts I had. We literally looked at 3 houses that I liked that were also in my budget. The last house we looked at, I fell in love with and she helped me get that one! She made the process fast and easy. She even had closing set up for it to be on my 26th birthday! 10/10, highly recommend reaching out to her if you need help buying or selling a home!

Donnell is amazing. My family was half living in Florida and the other half overseas. We wanted a home in a top notch school zone in Maryland but were struggling to find the one we loved. Although we didn’t find the one over our weekend visit, Donnell continued to help us and even did multiple FaceTime viewings. I am very pleased with the service I received from JoAnna. From the first day I meet her at an Open house in Capitol Heights MD. She gave me that vibe that she was a good person. I like the fact that she reached out to me after the Open house to see if I needed any additional assistance. I knew from that phone call she was going to be my realtor.
