I worked with Cole Purdy of NextHome Prime Real Estate, Olerud Team. I believe if I hadn't been working with Cole to look for a home, I would not have gotten the exact home I wanted... he was very accommodating from search to closing table and extremely instrumental in making things happen to keep things moving along in an extremely long and arduous shortsale purchase. He made me feel like I had a friend beside me throughout.

When he put my house on the market things were moving slow but he kept insuring me I had a nice home and that it would sell when the market got moving. He put it out there in many place, on a neon board in neighboring town and revamping Facebook. He has good sales abilities and he works hard for his clients.
