Nate listened to us when we shared what we wanted and needed in a house and gave great feedback as we walked through homes until we found the right house for us.

We were so lucky to have Ann supporting us throughout our very long journey of both buying and selling a house. For nearly a year, she showed us about three dozen homes before we found the right match. When we finally found our dream house, she guided us through the negotiation process to reach a fair price for our new home in good faith with the sellers. She even secured pre-occupancy for us.
We are about to close the deal in selling our current house and again, Ann was extremely responsive and supportive in helping us reach our desired price point. Even when our home required work to move forward with the deal, Ann was with us every step of the way, stopping buy during lunch to speak with the contractor and calling us with regular updates.
Ann is extremely responsive and puts her clients' interests first. I feel so lucky to have her as our agent and could not recommend her enough.

Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful with selling our home. Every step of the process he guideded us with our best intensions in mind. Joe reviewed all the pros and cons with posting the house and knowing when a good timeline would be to benefit us. When inspections came back he informed us on the right path on how to navigate completing those requestes. Joe presented all the offers to us in a nice condensed format and went though them explaining every scenario with each of them. Over all Joe was very accommodating, kind, and respectful!

Holly was great and knowledgeable. Holly was available almost 24/7 which was great for last minute worries or questions. Holly did very thorough walkthroughs of all the houses that I wanted to see and pointed out things I should be worried about etc. Couldn't have been better!

My husband and I are first-time homebuyers, and we recently moved to Stevens Point from California. From the first phone call, Nate was friendly and informative. When we visited the town a couple months before moving, he toured us around, gave suggestions on places to take our kids, and introduced us to cheese curds. Being from California, it was reassuring to have someone showing us homes that was able to tell us what about them would be difficult or beneficial in the winter, and regardless of how quickly a property went up for sale, Nate was there to view it for us, even after we went back to San Diego and had to rely on video tours to continue our search.
Not having gone through the home buying process before, we were definitely nervous. Add in doing it from 2000 miles away, we were even more anxious. But Nate made the whole thing simple, and we’re so grateful for all of his help and friendliness along the way!
