Mary has done the real estate of my family for years. This particular transaction was a large commercial property, but she has helped us buy and sell houses over the years too. My husband and I were already outgrowing our starter home when we found out our little family of three was increasing to four (six if you count the K-9s).

I would recommend Brandt to a friend. He has no issue in being straight with you. Will work hard to help you find your dream Home/property inside your budget.
The only thing I can add would be to ask him to ask the sellers when they plan on cutting the utilities so that can be coordinated.
