Jerry was an awesome realtor. Jerry explained to us the process of selling the house. He gave us suggestions to do to help sell the house.

How do I put into words the amazing work Rachael did to help me find my first home? She listened to what I needed/wanted in a home, talked me through the process, negotiated a realistic agreement and offered great recommendations. She is knowledgeable, friendly, direct and professional. And she made my teenage son smile and feel included. Really, the only drawback is that now that I have my home I don't get to see Rachael every week! She is a great agent and the first person I would call if I'm ever in the housing market again.

Rachael was awesome through every step of the home buying process. She spent the time to learn what we were looking for and was quick to find options and get us tours. Her communication was great and response time was amazing.

After trying to sell our lot for 3 years we gave the contract to Rachel. Immediately progress was made because of her expertise and work ethic. The listing was updated, pictures were taken, at her recommendation the lot was cleared. Finally some interest was shown and an offer was received. A very low offer that Rachel worked to improve because she understood our bottom line. We would not hesitate to use Rachel again or recommend her to our friends!

Rachel was able to help me close on a very important deal to my portfolio. She was extremely honest and fair in creating a situation where all parties involved were satisfied - even though I entered the deal last minute.
