Cindy was absolutely amazing!! She was so fast and efficient, I had worked with other relators while trying to find my home and they were nothing compared to her! As buyers from Arizona Cindy was very helpful in finding our home in a desirable neighborhood close to many of our stores. We knew very little about North Carolina however she guided us through the entire process and gave us assurances along the way. Martha was such a joy to work with. We started searching for a home in CLT while living overseas and she completed a handful of virtual showing for us over a 3 month period. When we arrived in CLT a few months later she met up with us and helped us find a rental property as the market was extremely competitive at that time. She checked every couple months just to make sure we were still good. Almost a year later she was ready to help us make our purchase. It's rare to have an agent who develops a relationship outside of just the business transaction and stay with you for almost 2 years through the multiple pivots of relocating from the other side of the world.

Dawn is amazing. She helped me find a home exactly where i wanted to be. She contacted the builders in the neighborhood and got me on a list for a home. When another home in the neighborhood was nearing completion she reached out to a different builder for me and she was persistent. She got me the first showing before the home was listed. I got a custom built dream home in the neighborhood with my grandchildren. This is not the first home that Dawn helped me buy. She has been amazing both on the buying and selling side for me several times. She is my "lifetime" agent.

In a market where listings did not stay available very long, Cindy was very helpful in finding the perfect home and negotiating to our purchase. We searched for a couple of months just to see houses already under contract before we could get to the first view.
