In the process of moving from another state to North Carolina, I had plenty of concerns. Cindy was extremely helpful, always fully answered my questions and was easily accessible by phone or email. I had traveled from NY to NC to shop for a second home near my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter. Martha showed me two homes that were very nice, just did not meet my criteria. Before returning to NY, she said that she would find what I was seeking and she did!

As buyers from Arizona Cindy was very helpful in finding our home in a desirable neighborhood close to many of our stores. Martha was such a joy to work with. We started searching for a home in CLT while living overseas and she completed a handful of virtual showing for us over a 3 month period. When we arrived in CLT a few months later she met up with us and helped us find a rental property as the market was extremely competitive at that time. She checked every couple months just to make sure we were still good. Almost a year later she was ready to help us make our purchase. It's rare to have an agent who develops a relationship outside of just the business transaction and stay with you for almost 2 years through the multiple pivots of relocating from the other side of the world.

Dawn is amazing. She helped me find a home exactly where i wanted to be. She contacted the builders in the neighborhood and got me on a list for a home. When another home in the neighborhood was nearing completion she reached out to a different builder for me and she was persistent. She got me the first showing before the home was listed. I got a custom built dream home in the neighborhood with my grandchildren. This is not the first home that Dawn helped me buy. She has been amazing both on the buying and selling side for me several times. She is my "lifetime" agent.
