Brenda assisted me in the selling of my house and the purchase of my new home. As a second time homebuyer, with a not so great first experience with a different realtor, Brenda was fantastic in all aspects! Very quick replies, recommended houses with everything we told her we wanted, quick to schedule showings…the whole 9 yards! Brenda explained everything very thoroughly on the selling and buying side. It took us a while to find the right home, but we found the one. Brenda sent us the listing to our new home while on vacation out of town. Even on vacation, quick replies and very quickly found someone to get us in for a showing. She also submitted our offer while on vacation! Working with Brenda was a great experience and if I ever find myself searching the market again I’ll be sending her a message right away. 12/10 recommend her to anyone. Thank you Brenda!!

Leila was there 24/7 for us! If we had a question she would answer to the best of her ability or direct us to where we should ask and very quickly. She was quick on showings for homes and pointed out things to be aware of in homes if we were to put offers in. She gave good advice and had us as the buyers in mind. If you are looking to buy a home I can not recommend Amanda Francis highly enough! She not only truly cared about finding my girls and I the right home to fit our family but she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process. Whether it was checking for leaks under the sinks, helping me determine the age of the furnace, pointing out both good and bad things about the homes she was hands on and there to really make sure I got the best home possible.
