We were looking at available homes in Davenport, Iowa via Zillow and were lucky enough to be put in contact with Leila Vold. Leila setup viewings for us and it didn’t take long for us to realize how knowledgeable she is about the Quad Cities real estate market. It had been 31 years since we bought our first home, so it was like we were first time buyers all over again. Leila always had our best interests at mind and guided us step by step through the purchasing process. Our situation was complicated as we lived 2.5 hours from Davenport and would be having our son acting as our power of attorney at the closing. Leila graciously assisted our son at the walkthrough and during the closing. Leila is a friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable real estate agent who will be our first contact if we find ourselves in need of selling or buying property in the future.

My husband and I met Shawna because I suggested to him that for fun we should go check out this very expensive house for sale, we weren't actually looking to move. The sellers refused lookers without a pre-approval, so we didn't go... but Shawna sent us another property to look at. After seeing it in person and it just not being what I wanted, she asked several questions to try to pin down just what we were looking for (again, we weren't ACTUALLY looking to move!). That same day she sent us another listing, the pictures were great and we asked to go see it. She got us in early that evening... We were in love! Within 1 day she had found us our dream house and less than 2 months later we moved in! She was so great and even got us some amazing, custom made, house warming gifts! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

If anyone ask me for a recommendation for a realtor, I would definitely recommend Amanda Francis. Amanda was great through the whole selling process. She explained everything and told me of my choices and assisted with her recommendations and why.
Amanda goes above and beyond her role of a realtor. I have two bad knees and had a difficult time moving boxed items out. Amanda took time between meetings and clients to come and assist me move items out of the house. She also assisted when unexpected surprises surfaced during the deal. Even after the sale Amanda continued to follow up to determine how things were going. I can’t say enough about Amanda other than she is top-notch in her niche. Amanda is honest, caring and devoted to her clients. And does what it takes to get the job done no matter what it takes. Her results leave her clients 100% + happy regarding the whole experience.
