Chris is AWESOME! We worked with her for two years and then some, trying to find our home in between moving and our wedding. Not only was she patient and worked around our hectic schedule, she would continue to check in and make time for showings when we did find a house we wanted! As first time home buyers, we weren't sure of the processes and procedures that accompany an offer and Chris walked us through every step of the way. Our house search lasted about a year during a time of short inventory and massive demand in the RTP/Cary area. Christine stuck with it, searching out the scarce inventory for houses that met our sometimes divergent interests and didn't falter even when we sometimes irrationally didn't like a house that seemed to meet all our demands. And always with a smile and a great attitude. When we did find a house, she (and Tera) worked with us to navigate the buying process (seller was a relo company).
