With the rising costs of renting, I had a few weeks to decide if I wanted to purchase a home before informing my apt if I was staying or leaving. I was anxious and unsure if I even could ever be a homeowner in the near future. After the first meeting with Rudy, I felt more comfortable and hopeful. Within two weeks, I found a house and today I am a homeowner!

Rudy helped my wife and I during a very stressful time . Selling or buying a home is always stressful but Rudy made the process bearable due to his experience and accessibility. We moved out of state while the home was for sale. The market changed for the worse soon after we moved. Rudy assured us that our sales tactics would work. He used sales figures from our neighborhood to show why he felt so certain of our strategy. He was right and we are very happy with the results. He has a great personality too.
