James and his team were interviewed by us and we did not have to continue our search for any other realtor team. All went flawless, including the marketing strategy of NextHome Real Estate. We were living in our home during this process which included a couple open houses and plenty of showings. Communications were excellent and no surprises were thrown our way. Worked tirelessly with me through multiple deals till I finally got the house I wanted. Always had prompt replies to any questions I asked and was willing to do extra research if needed. I have a crazy work schedule that prevents me from viewing properties at normal hours, they were always ready and willing to make plans when it was coinvent for me.
