She was knowledgeable of the process, requirements, and area we were searching. She provided homes for us to look at prior to viewing. She was understanding and helped us sell a home we had lived in for 45 years. I was so grateful to have her help us through a buying and selling process that happened in a very timely manner. If she needed to find something out she did so in a timely manner. She was always available by phone or text. She prepared us and was always proactive, telling us what we needed to do and how to prepare. If I asked for her recommendation she was honest and sincere in helping us make decisions through the process. She worked very hard and helped us every step of the way. She is excellent in what she does and I highly recommend her.
