From start to finish Shane made the home buying process absolutely seamless. As first time home buyers we were hesitant to jump in with both feet but after our first phone call with Shane we knew that we had nothing to fear. Shane is transparent, super personable and incredibly knowledgeable. Whether it was laying out the details of the next step or finding us an epoxy guy, Shane had the answer and the connection. While we did not end up buying a new build, we had the upmost pleasure of viewing a new community with Shane. Anyone would love seeing million dollar homes but the focal point of this trip was seeing Shane in action. He was not afraid of grinding it out for the number his client wanted. It was clear that understood the fine art of a negotiation. Shane is the best!! 100000% recommend.

I’m not one for reviews, but I always give credit where credit is due. I felt compelled to say that Lara is above reproach, and amazing at what she does. I cannot recommend Cherrie enough! I found her through Yelp when I decided I wanted to sell my home and she reached out very quickly after I contacted her. From the first day, Cherrie was working nonstop to get my home sold, such as running tailored social media ads, creating detailed reports, hiring a cleaning crew to clean my house, professionally staging my home, and taking the time to answer all my questions. Cherrie also made me feel like that she really valued me as a client. What I loved about working with Cherrie is that she is honest and realistic when answering my questions and I really appreciated that. On top of that, it has been a really difficult market in my neighborhood but she sold my house in under a month. I am so grateful for her and her expertise and when I need to buy or sell another home again, I’d go with her in a heartbeat.

We highly recommend Taylor Kellstrom to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We were selling our home of 26 years and didn’t know much about the actual process. Taylor let us know everything we could expect. When it came time to list he was extremely helpful and provided someone to help us declutter and stage our home. Great job by Zach. The video of the home was a superb product and drew many to the open House and five offers. We had a difficult sale because the first buyer withdrew from Escrow. However Zach found a new buyer within 24 hrs.
