We can’t say enough good!!! Cherrie puts her heart and soul into what she does. She is more than just the average agent that lists your house and lets you sit on the MLS . She will actually WORK for you !! You won’t feel forgotten about, you won’t wonder if anything is being done to make sure The property is being seen, you won’t question your choices . My house sat on the market for five months, and we felt all of those things that we just listed. We were frustrated, Felt abandoned and forgotten about. We finally decided to do something about it. We were on the market for four days and the house sold Above asking price To a family that never even saw our house during the three months they were searching. Lack of marketing will do that. Cherrie and Zach made sure our house was seen!! I had family and friends reaching out that saw our house on social media that never once had a chance to see it in the five months with our previous agent. Not all agents are created equal, and we can attest to that!!! If you are questioning whether or not to hire them, do yourself a favor and stop questioning it. You won’t be sorry!

We contacted Lara in June 2025 while we were still living in Washington. My husband had military orders to move to California, and we were planning to buy a home as soon as we arrived in September. She helped us start the paperwork and got us pre-approved before our move. Even while we were out of state, she stayed in touch and sent us homes to look at.
