We can’t say enough good!!! Cherrie puts her heart and soul into what she does. She is more than just the average agent that lists your house and lets you sit on the MLS . She will actually WORK for you !! You won’t feel forgotten about, you won’t wonder if anything is being done to make sure The property is being seen, you won’t question your choices . My house sat on the market for five months, and we felt all of those things that we just listed. We were frustrated, Felt abandoned and forgotten about. We finally decided to do something about it. We were on the market for four days and the house sold Above asking price To a family that never even saw our house during the three months they were searching. Lack of marketing will do that. Cherrie and Zach made sure our house was seen!!
