There are not enough stars in the sky to adequately rate Charity! My brother and I contacted Charity when we were ready to sell our Mom's home of 64 years. We both dreaded the task for so many reasons, but Charity took all of our anxiety away in our first sit down meeting with her following her initial walk through. She blew us away with her knowledge, PowerPoint presentation filled with what makes the area desirable, comps, etc. But most importantly, she wanted to find the right buyers for our childhood home and she knew just the right way to market it. In addition, she had recommendations for our garage sale, who to contact to do a deep cleaning of the home and suggestions for minor repairs that would make a difference to potential buyers. Charity is a true professional; she loves what she does and is excellent at it! Our home was listed, sold for WELL above asking price & a check deposited into our account within less than 6 weeks! Do yourself a favor, whether you are looking to sell or purchase a home, give Charity a call, you will be so glad you did!!

This was a 2.5-month engagement from the initial conversation and all the way to closing.
Stephanie and Andy were transparent about the details of the process from day 1. They walked us through how the home selling process would be, and even came prepared with net sheet detailing what would be the "net amount" we would get under different scenarios.
They were always prompt in their responses (phone + email) and their physical presence for open house, photo session, etc. I will give extra kudos for "above-and-beyond" marketing they do through various social media platforms.
During escrow process, it was clearly evident Stephanie and Andy are empathetic agents that truly fight for their clients. They always had our back during the negotiation process and handled the last couple days of escrow in a professional manner. I can't recommend this group enough for those who are planning to sell their home. Thank you both in making our out-of-state move as smooth as possible!

We listed our five-acre horse ranch in rural Acton with Carolan during a time with high interest rates and a slow market. Carolan was a consummate professional from day one. Carolan was awesome!! It was stressful to try and buy a home in such a crazy market, but she was a true fighter when we were up against several different offers. She even got our offer accepted when we weren't even the highest one. Her responsiveness was especially appreciated throughout the entire escrow period. Where to begin?! From the moment we met Carolan, her energy and enthusiasm drew us to her. We happened to meet her by chance and we are so thankful for that!
