Nick was great to work with. He kept us informed all the way through the transaction. Nick and the NextHome system also helped set up our inspections and gave us contacts for everything we needed, like water and power. We had no issues through out the entire transaction, Thank you.

Nick helped me list and sell my first home. He was so very patient and incredibly helpful. He helped me move some furniture out of the house when I didn’t have anyone there to help. He helped me find a handyman that took care of many things that needed attention, even a guy that mowed the lawn for me until closing. I feel like Nick went above and beyond the call of duty and I greatly appreciate him and will definitely call him when I’m ready too but or sell another home.

If you are looking for someone that is flexible and caring, I definitely recommend her! Morning to night, even your lunch time she will be there for you. If you are looking for someone has enough info to take care of you before and after buy and sell house she is right person. Don't wast your time with anybody else.

We had a really great experience with Nick. My wife and I were first time home buyers, and so the entire process was very foreign to us. Nick was there every step of the way and helped us understand the process from start to finish. He was very responsive and had a no-nonsense approach about what we needed to do and how to do it. He was also very knowledgeable and has had lots of experience, so we trusted him to take care of everything and guide us through the process. In our particular case our seller was not using an agent. Even though he only represented us, he had no issues putting in the extra time and effort to make sure things were facilitated smoothly since there was no agent on their end. My husband and I recently moved from Ohio to SC. Becke was vital to our move. She was our “on-site” eyes for all the houses we wanted to look at. She actively researched the homes and got early appointments for viewing them. Her continual communication was very helpful and reassuring to us.
