Paul Derby is by far the best agent you could ever ask for. He got us into a house we never thought we would ever be able to afford. Paul has been there every step of the way from getting our pre approval to closing on the house. No matter how difficult it had gotten Paul was able to save the deal. When other realtors told us no, Paul told us there was a way. When someone says you need to have a very knowledgeable realestate agent, they are talking about agents like Paul. A year ago we thought we would be buying another house in the city but Paul got us in a house out in the country. Thanks again. You have an incredible team. Highly recommend

Paul was great to work with selling my house. He had good ideas of things to do prior to listing and made the entire process smooth and simple. When I first started the process to buying a house in the spring of 2025 I was in over my head, working full time and trying to find a place with my pregnant fiancé. Richard is a great realtor! He is very professional and more importantly, very patient! I am a first-time home buyer, so I literally knew nothing at the beginning. He walked me through everything, and taught me a lot of things about houses/condos. He has been extremely helpful - he did not just what a realtor should do, but way beyond that! I have to say, without him, I would not have my own home such soon. My condo (a townhouse) needs some updates, and Richard has been helping me with everything else! I just moved here few months ago, and as a first-time home buyer, I don't have any connections here and knew nothing about remodeling a home.
