Richard is a great realtor! He is very professional and more importantly, very patient! I am a first-time home buyer, so I literally knew nothing at the beginning. He walked me through everything, and taught me a lot of things about houses/condos. He has been extremely helpful - he did not just what a realtor should do, but way beyond that! I have to say, without him, I would not have my own home such soon. My condo (a townhouse) needs some updates, and Richard has been helping me with everything else! I just moved here few months ago, and as a first-time home buyer, I don't have any connections here and knew nothing about remodeling a home. Besides that, I am busy with my job, so I have no time and energy to take care of the work. Without him, I would not dare to buy this condo. So, I really appreciate Richard's work and help. I met Paul last year and took a chance that he would be able to assist me in getting my step-father's home sold. I did not have a lot of experience in this arena, and needed a lot of help and advice. The home for sale ended up needing a great deal of work and Paul graciously advised me every step of the way. He was always willing to go the extra mile, including meeting contractors at the home so I wouldn't need to take even more time off work.
