Richard is a great realtor! He is very professional and more importantly, very patient! I am a first-time home buyer, so I literally knew nothing at the beginning. He walked me through everything, and taught me a lot of things about houses/condos. He has been extremely helpful - he did not just what a realtor should do, but way beyond that! I have to say, without him, I would not have my own home such soon. My condo (a townhouse) needs some updates, and Richard has been helping me with everything else! I just moved here few months ago, and as a first-time home buyer, I don't have any connections here and knew nothing about remodeling a home. Besides that, I am busy with my job, so I have no time and energy to take care of the work. Without him, I would not dare to buy this condo. So, I really appreciate Richard's work and help. Paul was great. Just about anyone can facilitate the purchase or sale of a house, but Paul knows his market and the people working within it. That is worth its weight in gold. The relationships he has with other people in the area smoothed over what could have been bumps in the road. It made a anxiety-inducing process much less stressful.
