Janan was so friendly and was a joy to work with. She guided us through the homebuying process and asked the builder all the questions I didn't even know to ask. Her communications with the seller led us to be able to get our dream home.
Lori was with me every step of the way. I hadn’t purchased a home in over 20 years so things had changed! She called or sent me a text at least twice a day with updates and asked if I had any questions. She never told me what to do just made suggestions and answered all of my questions. She was always polite even tho I know I can get irritating. Her demeanor is one that I would die for, calm always having a respectful response and resolution to my hysteria. Mrs. Debbie is amazing. We had been looking for a home for three years ourselves. We were blessed to have found her, and believe me when I tell you she got the ball rolling. After a series of missteps, a fractured spine and a case of covid, John worked a deal with the buyer of my home that allowed me to still sell my home, but be allowed to remain in my home for an extended period of time while I healed. He was also able to get some of the purchase price upfront to aid in my situation, which was a godsend! If you're looking to buy or sell, I highly recommend you work with John! I'm old and will probably never need the services of a realtor again, but if I do, rest assured my firs call will be to John!

Debbie made a sometimes awful experience better. This was my first venture into homeownership and I was at times very overwhelmed.
